Scuba Diving Equipment Package

UPS Signature required for ground shipping?
I traded in my old Scuba Diving Equipment in for some Cave Diving equipment, it is being shipped via UPS Ground delivery, and I live in a Gated community (that requires a code to get into) that has primarily older citizens as residences (even though i am 16 years old), and the Neighborhood is really quiet for the most part, and there has never been any crimes in our neighborhood, and not really any where near by, do you think the UPS driver will just leave the Box (weight is 7lbs) at my door (I left a note on my door stating that if i can’t answer the door, i am either asleep, or in the shower, and to leave the package at my door, and if he needs a signature to try to get someone next door, or across the street), i had a change of plans, and i am at the library for the day….

Unless specifically required by the shipper, your item may not require a signature. The item will only be left at your door(if you are not home) If at the UPS drivers discretion they feel it’s safe and secure enough too. Otherwise, they may either leave or mail you a notice to call and arrange for another delivery time or to make arrangements for you to personally pick up you package at there facility.
