What size ramekins should one buy if they don’t want to buy more than one size?
I’ve been looking through recipes that require the use of ramekins and I’ve been seeing a lot of different size ramekins, but I just want to buy ramekins of one size. I don’t want to waste money buying all the different sizes. Can someone recommend what size ramekins I should buy?
Its about the serving size you want to serve. Watch cooking times with the recipes, since ramekins come from sizes 2 to 8 ounces, and most recipies say fill only and not use, carefully watch the food cooking as the 2oz will cook alot faster than a larger 8oz!!
I like large servings instead of tease of a taste. Id say 4oz (1/2 cup) would be a good size. But it depends on what your going to make and how often.
